Today marks the two-year anniversary of Run the Jewels' earth-shattering sophomore album. What better way to celebrate than by unveiling the first single from the duo's follow-up album? Entitled âTalk to Meâ, the track was premiered today as part of Adult Swims' Singles Series. Listen to it here. According to El-P, the track serves as the âfirst song off RTJ3.â âTalk to Meâ follows last month's release of âPanther Like a Pantherâ, which soundtracked the trailer for Gears of War 4. It remains to be seen whether that track will also appear on RTJ3.

Just a day after the release of her new album Joanne, Lady Gaga appeared on Saturday Night Live to share two of its songs: a stomping country-western disco staging of third single "A-YO" and an emotional rendition of the ballad "Million Reasons." Both demonstrated Gaga's virtuoso showwomanship, but if you're only going to watch one, make it "Million Reasons."

Tracklist revealed for Trent Reznor and Mogwai soundtrack to Leonardo DiCaprio climate change film10/11/2016 The tracklisting for the forthcoming Trent Reznor and Mogwai soundtrack for Leonardo DiCaprio's climate change film Before The Flood has been announced.
The LP, which is out on October 21, features 18 tracks. Reznor and Mogwai teamed up with Argentine film composer Gustavo Santaolalla to compose the score. Reznor and Ross also served as both the film's music supervisors as well as composers. Set to air on the National Geographic Channel on October 30 in America, the film is directed by actor/director Fisher Stevens and explores Leonardo DiCaprio's campaign to raise global awareness about the dangers of climate change in his role as a UN Ambassador of Peace. It includes Reznor and Ross collaboration 'A Minute To Breathe', which you can listen to below. In addition to their work on the climate change film, Reznor and Ross are also collaborating on a score for Mark Wahlberg's forthcoming 2013 Boston Marathon bombing movie, Patriot Day. Yeah, they were funny at the time, but making fun of the Canadian stadium rock giants just got really old all of a sudden. After several years spent as everybody's favourite punchline, Nickelback are just another band now. Some people like them, some people don't, but no one actually thinks they're the worst band ever or anything. A little beige, perhaps, but they don't hurt anyone. Guess Royal Blood never got the memo. They recently took to Twitter to share a Nickelback joke that not only comes ages after we all decided to get over Nickelback jokes, but makes absolutely no sense. Seriously, can someone explain to us just what they're on about? âDonald Trump + Hillary Clinton = Nickelback,â the band wrote. So two unpopular American politicians, when combined, make a really popular Canadian rock band? Or is it that both Trump and Hillary are so bad they're like Nickelback. Does anybody get this? Are we just stupid? To make matters worse, Royal Blood included the American flag at the end of their tweet, even though Nickelback are famously Canadian. Regardless, nobody was laughing with the UK duo. Quite the opposite, in fact. One commenter summed up the general sentiment towards the band's lame joke by sharing an image entitled âThis room is full of people that think you are funnyâ, along with an image of an empty room. But the band really got served once Nickelback caught wind of the tweet. Their totally boss reply: âNickelback jokes are like Royal Blood, they were a lot cooler a couple years ago. Don't drink and tweet fellas. Stay safe. XO.â Can we all please give a hearty slow clap to Nickelback? Whilst we're on the subject, it's worth noting that a Finnish academic figured out why the world so loves (or loved) to hate Nickelback. According to her research, earlier reviews of the band were not as harsh but critics realised they could authenticate themselves by ridiculing the band.
